Hi, I?m Leanne the Enterprise Development Manager here at Community Solutions I am currently working from home, mainly from the kitchen table but I?ve had a few stints outside in the garden too!
This week I?m trying to plan ahead ready for when we re-open. I?m working on new ideas for our tea rooms, venue hire offers and lots of exciting new enterprise opportunities to help us raise vital funds too. I?m also getting involved with our befriending service, calling some of our participants to make sure they are ok and ensuring they are getting the help they need too.
I?ve only been here a few months but I enjoy the variety of my role, no two days are the same. I get to work on lots of different projects and meet lots of great people who come to CSNW, ?and normally at other networking events too.
The highlight of my week so far has to be working in the sunshine, who would have thought the weather would be so nice at this time of year! I?ve also enjoyed making the phone calls to participants too and feeling like I?m doing my bit to help those who need it most.
