Hi, I?m Mark the Building Better Opportunities & Employment Coordinator and I am currently working from my backroom looking onto my garden.
This week I am focusing on 3 Reports for the Building Better Opportunities Projects IIY, CF & AOP. I am also contacting 30 people I support checking how they are doing and if they need any support.
I enjoy the work at Community Solutions due to the variety in my job role, meeting and supporting people from all backgrounds, helping to develop and make small changes in their lives and to see them achieve their goals which could take months of hard work. When you work at Community Solutions every day is different you will never be bored working here. Also, I enjoy my frothy coffee at Mr Gattys.
The highlight of my week is the ability to talk with people I support who find themselves isolated but are still feeling positive and have appreciated a call from me and realising that you are making a small difference to that person?s week.
