Life Choices for Men

In this new and exciting course, over 10 weeks, we’re going to be looking at the ‘5 steps to wellbeing’ as detailed by the NHS.  The ‘5 steps’, include 2 sessions each, with the first session looking at each area in-depth. This will be followed by an interactive week with activities, and occasional, guest speakers, who will bring specific and relevant information, on topics that will enhance your overall wellbeing. We ALL have potential to achieve and we want to help you realise yours.
