This funding will enable us to continue offering 1-1 mentoring support and, where needed, counseling services for individuals facing crises or other significant challenges. The APP project is designed to help participants improve their mental health and, if desired, access employment, training, or volunteering opportunities. Our approach focuses on supporting individuals through personal life events by meeting both practical and emotional needs. Through face-to-face interactions and relationship building, we emphasize personal strengths to achieve positive outcomes.
