On Thursday, December 8th, Community Solutions North West filled Elmfield Hall with holiday spirit during their Christmas markets event. The event showcased a variety of stalls selling local handmade crafts, cheese, perfumes, and sweets, offering attendees a delightful shopping experience. In addition to the market stalls, the event featured a raffle with fantastic prizes donated by local companies and patrons of the charity. Activities such as tombola stalls, a lucky dip, and the introduction of the new Elmfield Collection also contributed to the fundraising efforts. The funds raised will help support the charity's mission to improve the health and well-being of local residents. The evening's festivities included Christmas carols performed by volunteers, participants, and staff from Community Solutions North West. Adding to the festive atmosphere, the St Andrew’s CE Primary School choir delighted the crowd with a selection of carols. The Mayor and Mayoress of Hyndburn honored the event with their presence, engaging with visitors and meeting with CSNW CEO Maggie Moody. Their attendance highlighted the community's support and involvement in the event. The event successfully raised over £2000, thanks to the generosity of the community and the hard work of everyone involved.
