Visit Me Campaign
Make an impact with your donation
Every donation brings hope, transforming lives and empowering individuals to overcome challenges and build a brighter future.
Supporting those in social isolation
The Visit Me Campaign offers visits to individuals in hospitals, those recently bereaved, or anyone struggling with isolation. Our volunteers bring a box of goodies, a friendly face, and emotional support when it's needed most. We aim to make a real difference in the lives of people who face life alone.
Bringing comfort to those in need
Providing essential support, friendly visits, and thoughtful care packages to individuals facing hospital stays, bereavement, or isolation, especially those who are completely alone and have no one to turn to.
Care and Share brings warmth and connection to those who need it most. Sponsor a care package, fundraise, volunteer, or spread the word to brighten this winter for over 600 individuals in Lancashire.

How we can help
Step 1
Our volunteers offer regular phone calls to provide friendly conversation and emotional support. These calls help combat loneliness and provide a reliable source of companionship and encouragement.
Step 2
Volunteers visit individuals to offer face-to-face companionship and practical support. This personalised interaction helps reduce social isolation and provides emotional assistance.
Step 3
Mentoring involves developing a long-term relationship with a mentor who provides personalised support and helps create and implement a plan for achieving personal goals.
Step 4
Coaching provides goal-oriented, one-to-one sessions for those dealing with life transitions or seeking employment. Typically, coaching lasts around 10 sessions and offers practical advice and guidance.
