We want to empower people to realise their full potential by creating meaningful personal development opportunities, through training and coaching, which will lead to employment.
We run an employability programme, in partnership with BBO, for those looking for employment or wanting to take the first steps towards employment. You can make an appointment to see our employability coach, who is available to work with you to reduce any barriers you have to gaining employment and help you make a plan that will enable you to move into your desired area of work.
When I first came to Community Solutions, many things had stopped me getting into work. I completed the Employability Skills Course and?benefited from advice in areas such as interview preparation, teamwork and communication. My confidence improved through the training and job application process and I started my first job earlier this year. It has totally changed my outlook for the future.
